• What mount can I use to mount my Palm Treo 650 / 700
  • The manufacturer suggest using the RAM-HOL-UN1U universal mount.
  • However, for motorcycle or boat use, we recommend the RAM-HOL-GA15U designed for the Garmin Quest GPS.
  • The fit is almost perfect and holds the Palm securely in place.

• What are your Domestic Shipping Charges?
  • We ship via USPS Priority mail for most items except Vehicle Laptop Mounts.
  • USPS Shipping charges are based on sale total as follows:
    • $    0.01 - 14.99     = $  7.95
    • $  15.00 - 39.99      = $  8.95
    • $  40.00 - 69.99      = $  9.95
    • $  70.00 - 99.99      = $ 10.95
    • $ 100.00 - and up   =  $ 11.95+
  • Vehicle Laptop Mounts are shipped via Federal express.
    • Rates are based on weight and distance.

• Do you ship internationally?
  • Yes, we do a lot of business all over the world
  • What are your shipping rates for international shipping?
    • The shipping rates that are calculated when you check out are for shipping within the continental USA.
    • International shipping rates are typically $10 - $18 more than the USA domestic shipping rates mentioned above.
  • How do I place an order to ship internationally?
    • Select the products that you wish to purchase from our website, add them to your shopping cart.
    • Complete your sale by making a payment via PayPal.
      • (this will include the USA domestic shipping costs)
    • When we receive your order we will weigh the order, calculate the shipping costs to you .
    • We will send you an e-mail with instructions how to make a Paypal payment for the difference in the shipping costs.
    • Once you have made a payment to barry@mountinginnovations.com via Paypal, we will ship you your order.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    • Most orders are shipped USPS Global Priority and take 4-7 days.
    • However, depending on where you are located and what you order, this shipping time may vary.

  • Mounting Innovations is dedicated to great customer service and we want you to be happy with the products that you purchase from us.
  • If you have ordered the wrong part or wish to return it for any reason, please follow the the return policy below.

    • If Buyer is dissatisfied with the product/products for any reason, it may be returned to Mounting Innovations within 30 (thirty) days of receipt for a refund of purchase price, less shipping/handling and a 10% restocking fee (for normal inventoried items) or a 20% restocking fee for special ordered products.  Returned products must be in like new condition.
